Bonus Terms and Conditions
From the game library

What these bonus terms cover
These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotion, bonus, free spin round, cashback offer and loyalty reward made available by Slots Shine Casino. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and together those documents form the agreement between you and us when you open an account and claim an offer.
Where an individual promotion carries its own rules, those rules apply in addition to the terms set out here. If a promotion-specific rule and a term on this page cannot both apply, the promotion-specific rule takes precedence, and only for that offer.
- Offers are open to registered account holders aged 18 or over only.
- An offer is available only while it is displayed in the promotions area of the site or in your account.
- We may add, change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time, without affecting a bonus you have already claimed and are still using.
- The amounts, multipliers, time limits and stake caps that apply to you are the ones shown at the point you claim.
- Unless an offer says otherwise, one bonus may be claimed per person, household, shared device, IP address and payment method.
Where the figures live
We do not fix bonus values, wagering multipliers, maximum bets or expiry periods on this page. The figures that apply to your offer are displayed in the cashier and in the promotion details before you accept, and on the active bonus in your account afterwards.
Who can claim a bonus
Promotions are intended for genuine players using their own account and their own funds. Before a bonus is credited, your account must be open, in good standing and free of any restriction, and you must meet the qualifying conditions attached to the offer, such as making a qualifying deposit or opting in before you play.
- You must hold a single account registered in your own name, with accurate and current details.
- The payment method used must belong to you; deposits made from a third-party method do not qualify.
- Bonuses cannot be claimed by anyone who has self-excluded, taken a time-out or asked to be removed from marketing.
- An offer intended for new customers can be claimed only once, and only if you have not held an account with us before.
- We may decline a bonus where an account has previously been closed by us or where checks are outstanding.
Account and identity checks
We hold a gaming licence and are required to confirm the identity, age and source of funds of our customers. We may ask for documents before a bonus is credited, while wagering is in progress, or before a withdrawal is paid. Where a check is outstanding, a bonus and any winnings from it may be held until the check is complete.
Opting out of promotions
You can decline any offer and still play with your own funds. You can also switch off promotional messages in the settings of your account, or ask our support team to do it for you.
Wagering requirements and game contribution
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: a total amount you need to stake before bonus funds, or winnings derived from them, can be turned into withdrawable cash. Not every game counts towards that total at the same rate, and some games are excluded entirely. The contribution rates and the list of excluded games are shown with the offer.
| Term | What it means | Where the figure is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering requirement | The total value of qualifying bets you must place before bonus winnings become withdrawable | In the promotion details and on the active bonus in your account |
| Game contribution | How much of each qualifying bet counts towards the requirement, which varies by game type | In the promotion details and the game information panel |
| Maximum bet while a bonus is active | The largest stake allowed on a single spin, hand or round until wagering is complete | In the cashier and in the promotion details |
| Expiry period | How long you have to use a bonus or free spins and to finish wagering | On the offer when you claim it and on the bonus in your account |
Where your balance holds both cash and bonus funds, the order in which those funds are used is set out in the cashier. Bets placed before an offer was claimed, or after it has expired or been cancelled, do not count towards wagering.
- Bets that cover opposing or near-certain outcomes on the same round do not count towards wagering.
- Staking above the maximum bet shown while a bonus is active may void the bonus and any winnings from it.
- Bonus funds cannot be used on games that the promotion lists as excluded.
- A bonus that is still subject to wagering has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
Winnings, withdrawals and expiry
Once wagering is complete, any remaining bonus balance and the winnings attached to it become ordinary cash and can be withdrawn in the usual way, subject to the payment and verification rules in our general Terms and Conditions. Some offers cap the amount that can be converted into cash; where a cap applies, it is shown with the offer, and anything above it is removed when wagering finishes.
- Claim the offer and check the wagering requirement, contribution rates and expiry shown.
- Play eligible games, keeping each stake within the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active.
- Track your progress on the active bonus in your account.
- When wagering is complete, request a withdrawal and supply any documents we still need.
Withdrawing before wagering is finished
If you ask to withdraw while a bonus is still in progress, that bonus and the winnings derived from it will normally be removed from your balance. Your own cash funds are not affected. The same applies when a bonus reaches its expiry time or when you cancel it yourself.
Fair play and bonus abuse
Promotions are offered for entertainment. We monitor the use of offers and take action where an account shows patterns that are designed to extract value from a promotion rather than to play.
- Opening or using more than one account, or playing as part of a group acting together.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.
- Low-risk or hedged play intended only to clear a wagering requirement.
- Automated software, bots or any tool that plays on your behalf.
- Taking advantage of a pricing, software or display error rather than reporting it.
Where we find that an offer has been misused, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it, decline further promotions, or restrict or close the account. Your own deposited funds remain yours and will be returned once our checks are complete. If you disagree with a decision, write to our support team and your complaint will be looked into under the complaints process in our general Terms and Conditions.
Safer gambling and contacting us
A bonus should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling section of your account, and those settings also stop promotional offers reaching you. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop allows you to self-exclude from licensed online operators in one step.
If anything on this page is unclear, or you would like a bonus removed from your account, contact us on live chat or by e-mail at support@casinoslotsshine.co.uk. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and an offer you have already claimed continues under the terms you accepted.
